Hilton Glasgow

Glasgow

I find the Hilton Glasgow a great base for a golf trip, particularly when exploring the courses along Scotland’s west coast. Its location makes it easy to get onto the motorway towards Troon and other coastal golfing destinations, while Glasgow city centre is also within easy reach. Kelvingrove and its impressive art gallery are not far away either, which is ideal if I want to combine golf with a little time in the city.

I also appreciate the hotel’s own underground car park. When travelling with golf clubs and luggage, having a secure and convenient place to leave the car makes life that little bit easier. The hotel restaurant is good, and I particularly like the attractive breakfast room in the Executive Lounge, which makes for a pleasant start to the day. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, always ready to help.

For me, the Hilton Glasgow strikes a good balance between practical convenience and a comfortable stay, making it a solid choice for a golf trip to Scotland’s west coast.
